LG has already confirmed that its upcoming LG G7 ThinQ flagship phone will be unveiled through a launch event on May 2. The handset was first seen through a leaked video that shot when the smartphone was showcased behind closed doors to select clients at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) tech trade show in February this year. At that time, it was revealed that the handset will be arriving with a notched display design like the iPhone X. Today, the smartphone has appeared in real skin in freshly leaked hands-on photos.
In the new image, the LG G7 ThinQ seems to be sporting a regular bezel at the top. However, it is still a notched bezel, but the handset includes a setting to blackout the areas on the left and right sides of the notch. The onscreen buttons can be seen at the bottom of the display.
The vertical dual camera followed by the fingerprint scanner resides of the glass rear of the LG G7 ThinQ. The glass chassis appears like fingerprint magnet because of the marks present on it. The left side of the G7 ThinQ has volume up and down buttons and it also features another button that may serve as a dedicated key for accessing the Google Assistant. The power button is positioned on the right edge.
