LG has unveiled a new budget smartphone called LG Q51 in South Korea. The handset sports a tall aspect ratio screen and it has a triple camera setup on its back. Here is all the information on the specs, features and pricing of the LG Q51 phone.
LG Q51 Specifications
The LG Q51 is a 4G phone that measures 164.5 x 77.5 x 8.4mm. The device is equipped with a 6.5-inch display that features a V-shaped notch. It has a front-facing camera of 13-megapixel. The rear shell of the device has a horizontal camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel primary shooter, a 5-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an LED flash.
The LG Q51 phone draws power from an unspecified 2.0GHz octa-core processor. The SoC is coupled with 3 GB of RAM and the device has an internal storage of 32 GB. A microSD card slot is available for more storage. It is backed by a 4,000mAh battery. The phone is equipped with an improved DTS:X sound system with 7.1 channel performance. It runs on Android 10 OS which is skinned with LG’s UI.
With LG Pay onboard, the device can be used like a credit card for making payments. Online payments can be authenticated using fingerprint recognition. There is a dedicated button on the left side of the device for accessing Google Assistant. The other features of the phone include dual SIM support, NFC, USB-C, stereo speakers.
LG Q51 Price and Availability
The LG Q51 comes in two colors such as Moonlight Titanium and Frozen white. The three leading carriers of South Korea will begin with the sales of the phone from Feb. 26. The handset is priced at 317,000 won ($260).
