After launching the LG Velvet smartphone back in May this year, the Korean electronics giant is now back with a slightly more affordable 5G handset – LG Q92 5G. Both devices however, still share quite a fair bit of similarities in terms of specs.
Starting with the front, the LG Q92 5G features a 6.67-inches FHD+ LCD display which employs a central hole-punch design to house its 32 megapixels selfie camera. This time round, there won’t be any in-display fingerprint scanner, instead the device will settle for a side-mounted one.
On the flip-side, the device has a unique-looking quad-cameras setup consisting if a 48 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 5 megapixels depth sensor, as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera.
Just like the LG Velvet 5G, the LG Q92 5G is also powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 765G chipset which will be assisted by 6GB worth of RAM and 128GB onboard storage.
At the helm, the device will be fitted with a respectable 4,000mAh battery which carries support for 15W fast-charging. It will run on the custom LG UX 9 based on Android 10 out of the box.
For those who’re interested, the LG Q92 5G will be offered in three different colorways including White, Black and Red. In the Korean market, it will be priced at KRW 499,000 (US$420) for its sole 6GB+128GB model.
