LG has recently unveiled the LG X5 (2018) smartphone in South Korea, the company has today announced the arrival of LG X2 (2018). It is the latest entry-level phone from the company that has launched in the home country with a price tag of KRW 198,000 ($176).
The LG X2 (2018) is now available through local mobile operators in South Korea. The handset features a polycarbonate chassis and it can be bought in a single color option of Aurora Black. The handset is equipped with a 5-inch display that supports HD resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.
The Snapdragon 425 SoC is present under the hood. Its 1.3 GHz octa-core processor is coupled with 2 GB of RAM. It has an inbuilt storage of 32 GB. There is a microSD card slot on the phone for more storage.
The backside of the smartphone is equipped with an 8-megapixel camera along with an LED flash. The AutoShot feature allows the rear camera to recognize the face automatically to capture self-portrait shots. Photos snapped through LG X2 (2018) can be instantly shared on social networking sites using the Quick Share. For shooting selfies, it has a frontal shooter of 5-megapixel. The handset houses a 2,500mAh battery. It is preinstalled with Android 7.1.2 Nougat OS.
The LG X2 (2018) is now exclusively available on South Korea. There is no confirmation on the other markets that will be receiving the X2 (2018) smartphone.
