Next week, Huawei is likely to debut the 8.4-inch and 10.1-inch and 10.1-inch Pro variants of the MediaPad M5 tablet. Well-known tipster Roland Quandt has been consistently leaking information on the specs and features of the MediaPad M5 series. Today, it has shared fresh renders of the MediaPad M5 10 Pro tablet that will be debuting with highest configuration compared to other variants.
The MediaPad M5 10 Pro is fitted with a 10.1-inch display that supports a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels. The 16:10 aspect ratio display will deliver a wonderful movie watching experience. Previous leaks have revealed that the tablet will be driven by Kirin 960 chipset. It is the same chipset that powered the flagship phones from Mate 9 and P9 series. The SoC will be coupled with 4 GB of RAM. The tablet is expected to arrive in 32 GB and 64 GB models and it will be preloaded with Android 8.0 Oreo. It is rumored to carry support for LTE connectivity.
In the above renders, the upcoming Huawei tablet is seen with an official Keyboard Folio Cover. The M-Pen stylus will be also compatible with the slate. The big cutout for the camera indicates that it will be capable at snapping impressive shots. The home button located on the side of the device is enabled with a fingerprint sensor. It may debut with a pricing of 520 euros (~$640).
