Meizu has recently unveiled the Meizu 15 series smartphones. It is speculated that the Chinese manufacturer will be debuting the Meizu 16 smartphone with flagship specs by the end of July or early August.
Multiple leaksters from China have claimed that it would be arriving in two versions. The Meizu 16 model is expected to feature a 5.6-inch display whereas the Meizu 16 PRO is likely to house a 6.1-inch display. Both the models are speculated to be fueled by Snapdragon 845 chipset.
The Meizu 16 duo will be having a front camera of 20-megapixel with AI capabilities for capturing beautified selfies. The rear panel of both models will be equipped a pair of 12-megapixel shooters. These phones are also rumored to be arrive with in-screen fingerprint scanner. The Meizu 16 and 16 PRO may respectively feature 3,080mAh (24W charging) and 3,600mAh (32W charging, 10W wireless charging) batteries. Other common features include Flyme 7.5, 3D Press, NFC and more.
The Meizu 16 is speculated to arrive in models like 64 GB storage + 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage + 6 GB RAM. These variants are likely to cost 2,999 Yuan ($469) and 3,299 Yuan ($515). On the other side, the Meizu 16 PRO is also rumored to arrive in two variants such as 128 GB storage + 6 GB RAM and 256 GB storage + 8 GB RAM. These variants could be priced at 3,699 Yuan ($579) and 3,999 Yuan ($625).
