Meizu 17 series sold out within a minute during debut sale

Last week, Meizu finally announced the much awaited Meizu 17 and 17 Pro flagships in China. As scheduled, the duo has finally went for their debut sale in the Chinese market today. However, both devices were quickly sold out in less than a minute after it went on sale.

This doesn’t came much as a surprise given the huge popularity of Meizu smartphones in the Chinese market. Sad to say, the actual number is smartphones sold during the debut sale was undisclosed.

In the Chinese market, the Meizu 17 is priced at 3,699 Yuan (US$525) and 3,999 Yuan (US$565) respectively for its 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB models.

The higher-end Meizu 17 Pro on the other hand, is priced at 4,299 Yuan (US$605) and 4,699 Yuan (US$664) respectively for its 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB models.

Although the Meizu 17 is currently one of the most exciting flagship series announced this year, but it is unlikely to make it way to the global market.
