Meizu has unveiled a live image of its upcoming smartphone, the Meizu 21. Notably, the device stands out with its distinctive feature of white-colored bezels, a rarity in contemporary smartphones where the majority typically feature black fronts.
Meizu has already confirmed that the Meizu 21 will have 1.74mm bezels on all four sides, allowing it to offer an impressive screen-to-body ratio. While the brand has already confirmed the front design of the Meizu 21, it is yet to reveal its rear design.
Rumors are rife that the Meizu 21’s rear design will not be too different from the Meizu 20 lineup. Hence, it is expected to feature three vertically arranged cameras, along with a new ring LED flash unit. The Meizu 21, which features a 6.55-inch Samsung AMOLED screen, will have a larger Pro variant that will flaunt a bigger display.
As per reports, the Meizu 21 will have an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel primary camera on the back. It will house a 4,800mAh battery with 80W charging support. On the other hand, the Meizu 21 Pro is expected to feature a 5,020mA battery with 80W charging along with an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel main camera.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset will be present under the hood of the Meizu 21 and 21 Pro. While the vanilla model will have a telephoto camera, its Pro variant may feature a periscope telephoto camera. Both phones are expected to ship with Android 14 OS with a layer of Flyme 10 on top.
While Meizu has been teasing the Meizu 21 series for the Chinese market for a couple of days. It is expected to confirm its launch date. There is a possibility that the device may launch the lineup by the end of this month.
