Two new Meizu smartphones with model numbers M182Q and M192Q have received approval from the TENAA certification site of China. Earlier this year, Meizu announced the Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro flagship phones in China. The newly spotted M182Q and M192Q appear to be updated versions of the Meizu 18 series. Hence, these devices are likely to launch as the Meizu 18s and Meizu 18s Pro in China.
Meizu M182Q and M192Q Specifications
The Meizu M182Q measures 152.4 x 69.2 x 8.18mm and weighs 162 grams. It houses a 6.2-inch AMOLED screen that offers a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. On the other side, the M192Q features a larger 6.7-inch AMOLED display that offers the same resolution. It measures 162.5 x 73 x 8.1mm and weighs 189 grams.
The Meizu M182Q and M192Q phones are powered by a 2.95GHz octa-core processor. It appears that these phones will feature the latest Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset. Both smartphones are expected to arrive with 8 GB / 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB of internal storage.
The M182Q has a 20-megapixel front camera, and its rear camera setup has a 64-megapixel main camera, a 16-megapixel secondary lens, and an 8-megapixel camera. On the other hand, the M192Q has a better selfie camera of 44-megapixel, and its rear camera unit has a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 32-megapixel secondary lens, an 8-megapixel third camera, and a 0.3-megapixel lens.
The new Meizu phones are loaded with Android 11 OS. The M182Q has a 3910mAh rated battery, whereas the M192Q gets a 4,410mAh rated battery. Both handsets have an in-screen fingerprint scanner for security. The M182Q could be available in colors like gray, blue, and white, while the M192Q in choices like silver, blue, and white.
