Meizu has officially unveiled the Meizu M5c, the newest budget phone that is aimed towards international audience. The budget phone that has a polycarbonate unibody comes in multiple colors like black, gold, red, blue and pink.
The Meizu M5c has a 5-inch full laminated display that offers a resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels. It is driven by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and 2 GB of RAM. The internal storage of the phone is 16 GB.
The Meizu M5c is the first international phone from the Chinese company to come preloaded with Flyme 6 UI. Its rear-facing camera is of 8-megapixel. It is packed with a non-removable 3,000 mAh battery. The thickness of the Meizu M5c is 8.3mm and its weight is 135 grams.
The support for 4G LTE band 20 means the phone will be usable in Europe. The pricing and release date of Meizu M5C has not been disclosed yet. As the company had hinted before, the Meizu M5c will be costing under $275. The Meizu M5 was launched with a pricing of 699 Yuan ($101). Hence, the Meizu M5c may be priced below 699 Yuan. It is expected to be available in regions like Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Mainland China, France, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Italy, Myanmar, New Zealand, Russia, Spain and Ukraine.
