Meizu M6 Note has been officially unveiled through a launch event in Beijing, China. The Note 6 comes with a full HD resolution supporting 5.5-inch display that features a 2.5D curved glass on it. The fingerprint scanner powered Home button carries support for mBack capabilities and AliPay payment. It sports a metal unibody design with dual stereoscophic edgingand comes in colors like Obsidian Black, Peacock Blue, Bright Moon Silver and Champagne Gold.
The rear side features the quad LED flash and below it is the vertically arrange dual rear cameras. It includes a 12-megapixel Sony IMX362 sensor and a Samsung 2L7 5-megapixel sensor coupled with Dual Pixel PD binuclear focus technology. The frontside features a f/2.0 aperture 16-megapixel selfie snapper powered with ArcSoft beauty algorithm. The Snapdragon 625 chipset is present under the hood of the Meizu Note 6. This becomes the first phone from the company to feature a Snapdragon SoC.
The Meizu M6 Note comes in three models. The base model that features 3 GB RAM of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage is priced at 1,099 Yuan (~$165). There is another 3 GB RAM model with 32 GB of storage that is priced at 1,299 Yuan (~$195). The highest model that is priced at 1,699 Yuan (~$255) features 4 GB of RAM and an internal storage of 64 GB.
The smartphone is preloaded Android 7.0 Nougat that is skinned with Flyme OS 6.0. A 4,000 mAh battery is present inside the Note 6 budget phablet. It is available for registrations on the official store of Meizu, Jingdong Mall as well as other retailer sites. It will be going on sale from Sept. 1.
