Meizu M6S is confirmed to get unveiled on Jan. 17. Recent rumors have suggested that it could be the first phone to be driven by the modest Samsung Exynos 7882 chipset. The smartphone has now appeared on AnTuTu benchmarking site to reveal some key specs.
The above screengrab from the AnTuTu benchmarking site reveals the handset’s moniker as Meizu mblu S6. It is running on Android 7.0 Nougat and it is driven by a six-core chipset that includes Mali-G71 graphics. Recent leaks have revealed that the Exynos 7882 chipset includes two cores of Cortex A73 and four cores of Cortex A53 along with Mali-G71 MP3 GPU. The chipset also includes a Cat. 7 LTE modem.
The display of the phone supports screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. This suggests that the smartphone would be featuring an elongated display that will deliver an aspect ratio of 18:9. It includes 32 GB of storage and 3 GB of RAM. The average score of the mblu 6S is less than 100,000 which makes it a worthy competitor for the Redmi 5 Plus.
The TENAA listing of the phone has revealed that it would be arriving with a 5.7-inch display. It is expected to arrive with a 2,930mAh battery. One of the most interesting features of this phone is that it will be arriving with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
