Micromax has officially announced a new mid-ranger smartphone known as the Micromax In 1 which will be taking on the likes other similarly priced devices from Redmi, Realme and OPPO.
The Micromax In 1 sports a 6.67” FHD+ LCD display which offers a 20:9 aspect ratio and a peak brightness of 440 nits. Its also has a central hole-punch cutout which houses an 8 megapixels front-shooting camera for selfie and video-calling purposes.
Over at the back, it comes with a rectangular camera island which houses a triple-camera setup consisting of a 48 megapixels primary shooter, 2 megapixels wide-angle camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. Other than that, there’s also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner at the back as well.
Under the hood, the Micromax In 1 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 chipset which will be paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
The device draws power from a respectable 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 18W fast-charging. On the software, the device will boot on the latest Android 11 OS out of the box.
In terms of pricing, the Micromax In 1 is priced at INR9,999 (US$138) and INR11,499 (US$159) respectively for its 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB variants.
