Moto G7 Variants Seems to be Certified by FCC

A new Motorola phone with model Number XT1965 has appeared at FCC in the U.S. The FCC documents contain vital information on the smartphone that is believed to be the Moto G7 smartphone.

The Motorola XT1965-1 is meant for the U.S. and Canada markets. The XT1965-2 is aimed towards Latin America, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. Regions like Western Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand will be receiving XT-1965-3 model. The XT1965-4 variant is going to India and XT1965-6 is heading to China. Variants heading to LATAM, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand will carry support for NFC.

XT1965-3-Dimensions

The handset measures 156.86 x 75.4mm and it seems to be equipped with a display of around 6 inches. The Snapdragon 660 chipset is at the helm of the device along with 4 GB of RAM. The device features an inbuilt storage of 64 GB.

There is no direct information to confirm that the XT1965. The presence of SD660 indicates that it could be a mid-range phone. The Moto G6 from last year featured Snapdragon 450 whereas the more powerful Snapdragon 630 powered the G6 Plus. Since the SD660 is a powerful processor, the XT1965 could be G7 Plus model. It is advisable to wait for further reports to confirm on the exact identity of the smartphone.
