Motorola is reportedly working on a new smartphone called the Moto G72 4G. The device has appeared with the said marketing name and XT2255 model number in the database of the TDRA certification. The device has also been certified by other certification sites, such as the FCC and BIS. A new leak has revealed the key specifications of the G72.
The report states that the Moto G72 4G heading to India has an XT2255-2 model number. The device has a “Victoria22” codename. The FCC certification revealed the battery capacity and fast charging capabilities of the device. It is also confirmed that the device will offer NFC and Bluetooth connectivity.
Moto G72 4G Specifications (Rumored)
According to the report, the Moto G72 4G is likely to feature an unannounced MediaTek chip or Helio G37. The device may arrive with up to 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM and up to 4 GB of virtual RAM.
On the front, the Moto G72 4G will have a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Its back panel will be flanked by a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera system. The report does not mention anything about the display of the device.
The Moto G72 4G is likely to launch in September or October this year. Based on the above specifications, it can be said that the G72 4G will be priced under Rs 15,000 (~$188) in India. It is unclear which other markets will be receiving the G72.
