Earlier today, Motorola announced the Moto G9 smartphone in India. The Lenovo-owned company is known for rebranding its devices in different markets. According to a new report on Winfuture.de, the Moto G9 will be rebadged as the Moto G9 Play in the European markets. The report has carried the leaked official renders of the Moto G9 Play.
Moto G9 Play Design and Price
In the leaked official renders, the Moto G9 Play can be seen in blue and green color editions like the Moto G9. The phone features a waterdrop notch display at the front and its rear is fitted with a square-shaped camera module with three lenses inside it. The report claims that the Moto G9 Play will be costing around 170 euros in Europe and it may launch in the next few days.
Moto G9 Play Specifications
Considering that the Moto G9 Play is a rebranded version of the Moto G9, the Play version is likely to sport identical specs as G9. The handset will have a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel that offers HD+ resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio.
The 2.0GHz Snapdragon 662 chipset fuels the Moto G9 Play with 4 Gb of RAM. The phone will come with 64 GB of in-built storage and a microSD card slot for more storage. The Android 10 OS will come preinstalled on the phone.
The Moto G9 Play will house a 5,0000mAh battery with 20W fast charging support. The G9 Play has a 48-megapixel + 2-megapixel (depth) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera system on its back. For selfies, it has a front camera of 8-megapixel.
