Motorola renewed its Razr series of clamshell phones by launching the Motorola Razr with a foldable screen in 2019. It was a 4G LTE device powered by the Snapdragon 710 chip. The official poster confirms that the Moto Razr 2022 is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. In fact, it will be the first-ever foldable display phone to feature the said chipset. This will allow the Razr 2022 to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, which will debut on Aug. 10, and the upcoming clamshell device from OPPO.
