Motorola will be holding a launch event on April 22nd where the company is expected to announce the latest Motorola Edge and Edge+ 5G. Now, the more affordable Motorola Edge 5G has made its appearance on Geekbench along with some of its key specs.
According to its Geekbench 5 listing, the device had achieved a score of 505 and 1,410 points respective for its single-core and multi-cores performance tests.
On top of that, the same listing also confirmed that the device will be driven by the Snapdragon 765G platform alongside 6GB of RAM. As such, the Motorola Edge 5G will be capable of supporting both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G modes.
Unlike the Motorola Edge 5G, the “Plus” model will be driven by the latest Snapdragon 865 platform instead. It will be a flagship model which will come with buffed up internals and a more powerful camera system at the back.
According to the rumor mills, the Motorola Edge+ 5G is expected to feature a 108 megapixels main camera, while the Edge 5G should come with a 48 megapixels/ 64 megapixels primary camera instead.
