As scheduled, Motorola has officially announced the brand new Motorola Moto G9 mid-ranger smartphone which will be succeeding the Moto G8 which was announced back in March this year.
Just like its predecessor, the Moto G9 continues to be an attractive handset in the budget segment with a launch price of just INR11,499 (US$154).
Starting with the front, the Motorola G9 features a 6.5-inches HD+ LCD display which employs a dewdrop-notch design to house its 8 megapixels selfie camera.
Flipping the device over, there will be a triple-cameras system and a LED flash housed within a squacle camera module. These cameras include a 48 megapixels main camera, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth helper. On top of that, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner will be present at the back as well.
Under the hood, the Motorola Moto G9 will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 662 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB onboard storage which is further expandable via a microSD card.
The device will be fitted with a massive 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 20W fast-charging. Other than that, it will be shipped with the Android 10 OS and has a 3.5mm headphone jack as well.
