Motorola’s upcoming Razr 50 Ultra, carrying the model number XT2451-4, has been approved by China’s TENAA certification platform. This comes close to the 3C certification of the device, which was spotted earlier this week. Here’s an overview of the details revealed through the TENAA certification for the Razr 50 Ultra.

The TENAA listing of the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra has revealed that it will arrive with a 6.9-inch foldable OLED display with an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2640 pixels. While it is not mentioned in the listing, it is speculated to offer a 120Hz refresh rate. It will also feature a 4-inch OLED cover screen that supports 1272 x 1080 pixels resolution. For security, it will have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Camera-wise, the device will feature a 32-megapixel front camera and a dual rear camera setup consisting of a pair of 50-megapixel sensors, one with 2x optical zoom. A dual battery system with capacities of 998mAh and 2832mAh (totaling around 4,000mAh) will power the Razr 50 Ultra. As per the 3C certification of the device, its retail package may include a 68W fast charger. However, the phone may support only 45W charging.
As per TENAA, the device will have a 3.0GHz chipset, likely the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. The phone will come in 8 GB, 12 GB, 16 GB, and 18 GB RAM options, along with storage choices of 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB. The Razr 50 Ultra is expected to measure 171.3 x 73.9 x 7.2mm and weigh 188 grams.
According to other reports, the Razr 50 Ultra will also offer support, IPX8 water resistance, wireless charging, and Android 14 with Motorola’s Hello UI. It will be available in three shades: Midnight Blue, Spring Green, and Hot Pink.
The Razr 50 (XT2453-2) has already been approved by the 3C and TENAA certification platforms. Hence, both models are expected to launch in June in China.
