A few weeks ago, the Motorola Razr 70 was spotted on Chinese certification platforms like 3C and TENAA. These listings revealed almost everything about the device. Last week, the Razr 70 Ultra appeared on the 3C certification, revealing that it may support 68W fast charging. Now, it has been approved by the TENAA authority, through which its core specifications have emerged.

As per the TENAA listing, the Razr 70 Ultra will sport a 6.9-inch foldable screen offering a 1224 x 2992 pixels resolution on the inside. On the back, it will have a 4-inch OLED screen delivering a 1080 x 1272 pixels resolution.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite will power the Razr 70 Ultra, but the chip’s name is not explicitly mentioned in the listing. Instead, it only specifies the clock speeds, which match the Snapdragon 8 Elite. In China, the device will ship with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.
Coming to the battery, it will be a 1125mAh + 3415mAh dual-cell unit, offering a total rated capacity of 4540mAh. Therefore, the typical capacity could be around 4,700mAh. However, a recent leak revealed that the device may pack an upgraded 5000mAh battery. As mentioned, it may support 68W fast charging.
On the front, the Razr 70 Ultra will feature a 50-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The back panel of the device will have a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 50-megapixel auxiliary lens. For security, it will have a side-facing fingerprint sensor.
The Razr 70 series is expected to debut first in China as early as May. As far as the global launch is concerned, it may break cover in the same month or in June.
