It is also being said that Motorola could be the first brand to launch the SD8+G1 phone. A new teaser from the company confirms that its flagship phone offering a top-notch camera experience will come out in July.
Chen Jen, Lenovo General Manager for the Mobile Division in China, has released a new teaser today, which hints that the company will launch a 200-megapixel camera phone in July. It can be said based on rumors surrounding it that it could be Motorola’s “Frontier” flagship, which has been in the rumors for the past few months.
The Frontier device is expected to launch as an Edge-series phone in China. This device is likely to be called the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra in global markets. It may debut as the world’s first Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 smartphone.
Motorola Frontier Specifications (Rumored)
The Motorola Frontier will come with a 6.7-inch OLED screen that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 powered smartphone will ship with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will arrive with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 125W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
It will be equipped with a 60-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera island of the device will feature a 194-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 12-megapixel telephoto snapper with 2x optical zoom.
