Honor is expected to announce the Honor V40 series of flagship phones in December. A new Honor phone with model number HJC-AN00 / HJC-TN00 has received approval from the TENAA authority of China.
However, the TENAA listing contains a few details of the phone. The exact identity of the device is not known. Before the TENAA listing gets populated with the important information, a Chinese tipster has shared its key specifications.
The HJC-AN00 / TN00 TENAA’s appearance has revealed that it measures 161.6 x 74.8 x 7.46mm and it is fitted with a 6.53-inch display. The 5G-ready phone houses a 3,700mAh rated battery.
The tipster revealed that the handset is equipped with a 6.53-inch OLED screen with a waterdrop notch. It supports a Full HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate.
The handset features a front camera of 16-megapixel. The backside of the device is fitted with a 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad camera setup.
The HJC-AN00 / TN00 is powered by the Dimensity 800U chipset and it has a 3,800mAh (typical value) battery. The phone supports 66W fast charging. The handset has a thickness of 7.46mm and it weighs 179 grams. It will be available in colors like Magic Night Black, Iceland Fantasy, Titanium Silver, and Emerald.
It appears that the newly spotted Honor phone is just a rebranded edition of the Huawei Nova 8 SE. The final product moniker of the device is a mystery.
