A mysterious Honor smartphone with model number YAL-AL50 / YAL-TL50 has been approved by TENAA. The images of the phone have not appeared on the database of the Chinese telecom authority. However, it contains the entire specifications of the phone. It appears that to be a family member of the Honor 20 series since the Honor 20 has YAL-AL00 model number.
The newly spotted Honor YAL-AL50 / TL50 has specs quite similar to the Honor 20 smartphone. Also, its dimensions and weight are identical to the Honor 20 phone. The YAL-AL50 / TL50 has a 6.26-inch display that offers 1080 x 2340 pixels full HD+ resolution. The handset has a minimum capacity battery of 3,650mAh. The 3C listing of the phone revealed that it may support 20W fast charging.
The 2.6GHz octa-core processor (probably Kirin 980) powers the Honor YAL-AL50 / TL50 smartphone. The Android 9 Pie OS runs on the device. The Honor 20 has a quad camera setup, but the new device is fitted with 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera setup. Also, it has a front camera of 32-megapixel.
The RAM variants of the YAL-AL50 / TL50 are 6 GB, 8 GB and 12 GB and its storage models are 128 GB and 256 GB. No external storage support is available on the phone. It also features a fingerprint scanner.
The YAL-AL50 / TL50 seems to be an inferior device compared to Honor 20. Probably, it could be the rumored Honor 20 SE phone. An image of the poster Honor 20 SE advertisement was spotted outside an offline store of Suning Tesco last week. The rumored phone is expected to debut next month.
