For the past few months, we’d seen a galore of Chinese smartphones featuring a 18:9 widescreen display with the latest bring the Xiaomi Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus duo. Right now, its finally Lenovo’s turn to introduce their first-ever smartphone with a 18:9 display as the company’s upcoming smartphone featuring such widescreen display had successfully checked through the Chinese TENAA authority earlier today.
This smartphone dubbed as the Lenovo K320T is expected to be a budget smartphone which rocks a 5.7-inches display with 1440×720 pixels screen resolution. The device comes in two different models, with one of them rocking a 2GB+16GB memory configuration as well as another buffed up model with 3GB+32GB memory setup. Other than that, both models will be equipped with an 8 megapixel main snapper at the back and a 2 megapixel front-facing selfie-cam. A 3,000mAh power plant is available under the hood to keep the device running for a decent amount of time.
Previously, 18:9 widescreen display was a luxury feature that is found only in high-end models like the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 but has becoming more and more common among low-end and mid-ranged smartphones in recent days. Of course, no one will complain about that! Would you?
