OPPO is all set to announce the OPPO Reno6 Z in the Thai market on July 21st next week. Although we are still slightly more than a week from it’s official launch date, but it’s official renders had already made their way to the web, revealing everything we need to know about the phone’s design.
As seen in the renders, the OPPO Reno6 Z will share a pretty similar design as the OPPO Reno6 5G (Global). Upfront, the phone is treated with a flat display that comes with a hole-punch cutout on the upper-left corner of the screen to accommodate it’s selfie camera.
Around the back of the phone, it comes with a rectangular camera island which houses a triple-cam setup lead by a 64 megapixels main camera as we can tell from the ”64MP AI Camera” wording on the bottom-right corner of the camera module.
Just like the rest of the OPPO Reno6 series smartphones, the upcoming Reno6 Z is also said to feature the signature ”Reno Glow” finish which gives off a unique sparkling effect on it’s back panel.
In terms of specs, we do know that the OPPO Reno6 Z will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U which means that the phone is likely to be positioned below the vanilla Reno6 5G that’s powered by the new Dimensity 900 chipset.
