The Nokia 2.2 is the latest entry-level phone from HMD Global to go official in markets like India and Europe. The smartphone features a waterdrop-style notch, a rear camera of 13-megapixel powered with AI capabilities and Helio A22 SoC. It has arrived as the successor of the Nokia 2.1 smartphone from 2018.

The Nokia 2.2 has a 5.71-inch selfie notch enabled display that offers HD+ resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. The Helio A22 chipset on the phone is assisted by up to 3 GB of RAM. For storage, it comes with up an internal capacity of 32 GB and it also fitted with a microSD card slot. The Android 9 Pie OS is available in its purest version on the Nokia 2.2 Android One smartphone.
The front notch has a selfie camera of 5-megapixel. It can be used for biometric face recognition. There is a 13-meapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash on the backside of the phone. The front and rear cameras can shoot impressive photos in dim-light conditions. There is a 3,000mAh battery inside the smartphone.
Nokia 2.2 Price and Release Date
The Nokia 2.2 color variants are Tungsten Black and Steel. The 2 GB RAM + 16 GB storage and 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage editions of the Nokia 2.2 smartphone are respectively priced at Rs. 6,999 and Rs. 7,999 for a limited period till June 30. Starting from July 1, both models will be available with increased price tag of Rs. 7,699 and Rs. 8,699.
