Nokia has confirmed that it will be debuting the Nokia 8 flagship phone on Aug. 16. The Finnish firm will be also unveiling the Nokia 2, its cheapest smartphone of the year. Leaked images showing the front and backs sides of the alleged real handset of Nokia 2 have appeared.
There seems to be nothing special about the design of the Nokia. Previous rumors have revealed that its size will be similar to that of Nokia 3. The handset can be seen sporting rounded edges.
The upper bezel features a selfie camera, an earpiece and a brand logo. Its backside features a camera and a LED flash. An external speaker can be also seen at the bottom right of the rear panel. A microUSB port is sitting on the bottom side of the phone. The volume rockers and Power key are on the right side of the Nokia 2.
The Nokia 2 is expected to feature a 5-inch HD display and the Snapdragon 212 SoC along with 1 GB of RAM is expected to power it. Rumors suggest that its rear camera will be of 8-megapixel and the frontal shooter will be of 5-megapixel. Its arrival seems to be close at hand as it has now received certification from Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
