Nokia 7.1 unveiled with PureView technology and HDR 10 support

HMD Global has finally applied its recently recovered PureView technology to its new mid-range model Nokia 7.1 to enhance the display. This smartphone also supports HDR 10 high dynamic contrast display and converts general movies into HDR display effect.

Looking at the configuration of this smartphone, Nokia 7.1 is equipped with a 5.84-inch screen with a FHD+ resolution, and full-size screen with a notch.  This smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor coupled with 3GB/6GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage capacity. Its lights are kept on my small 3030 mAh battery capacity, but according to the company, it supports fast charge which can give you 50% power in 30 minutes. The camera section uses a dual-lens main camera and is equipped with a Zeiss-certified lens (12MP+5MP).

However, the focus of this smartphone is on the screen with the new PureView technology. Coupled with the HDR 10 display, the details, and clarity if this smartphone is better and it increases the appeal of mid-range models by allowing the average movie to be rendered in HDR. The fuselage is made of 6000 series aluminum, and the glass is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

This smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box but it is expected to get Android 9 Pie subsequently. It supports dual-card dual-standby and its memory can be expanded. As for the pricing, HMD Global slammed a $349 on this phone which is fair.
