Last year, HMD Global had used the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 platform to announce smartphones like Nokia 3, Nokia 5, Nokia 6 and Nokia 3310 (2017) edition. Juho Sarvikas who is the Chief Product Officer with HMD Global has confirmed that the company has planned something “awesome” for MWC 2018. Also, the company has registered itself as an exhibitor at MWC 2018.

The rumor mill has spilled plenty of information on the upcoming Nokia phones. It seems that HMD Global may globally launch the Nokia 7 and Nokia 6 (2018) that are currently available exclusively in China. Recent reports have suggested that Nokia 9 is the next flagship phone from the company. It is expected to be driven by Snapdragon 835 and sport a bezel-less design. It could be an improved version of the Nokia 8 flagship phone from last year.
The Nokia 3310 4G edition smartphone has already received TENAA certification in China. This feature is expected to come loaded with YunOS. Some of the other rumored phones from the company include Nokia 4, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 1 Android Go phone. The latter may get announced at MWC 2018 and go on sale in March. HMD Global is expected to release invitations for its MWC 2018 press conference in the near future
