During the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 tech expo that was held in Barcelona, Spain, HMD Global had unleashed the Nokia 9 PureView as the world’s smartphone with five rear-mounted cameras. The Finnish firm has today introduced the smartphone in China with a price tag of 5,499 Yuan ($819). The pre-sale of the phone will begin on April 19.
The Nokia 9 PureView has arrived in Cosmic Blue color in China. The Snapdragon 845 powered smartphone features 6 GB of RAM and an internal storage of 128 GB.
The Nokia 9 PureView features a 5.99-inch POLED display that supports quad HD+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The Android 9 Pie runs on the Android One device. The smartphone is packed with a 3,320mAh battery that is equipped with fast charging and wireless charging.
It is the first Nokia phone to come with an in-display fingerprint reader. It has afront-facing camera of 20-megapixel. The penta-lens setup includes a pair of 12-megapixel RGB sensors and three monochrome sensors of 12-megapixel. The smartphone is selling for 699 euros in Europe.
