The Nokia 9 PureView that was unleashed at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 is gradually making its way to wider markets. Starting from today, the Nokia 9 PureView is available for purchase in Taiwan. It has arrived with a price tag of NT$ 20,990 ($679). It is cheaper than its 5,499 Yuan ($816) price tag in China.
The Nokia 9 PureView is the world’s first smartphone to feature five rear-facing cameras. It includes ZEISS branded two RGB lenses and three monochrome sensors. With all five sensors working together, the smartphone can capture images of up to 60 megapixels. The smartphone also supports raw photography. The Snapdragon 845 mobile platform powers the handset along with 6 GB of RAM.
The handset features a 5.99-inch P-OLED display that supports Quad HD+ resolution. It is an Android One device running on the stock version of Android 9 Pie OS. For capturing selfie shots, it has a frontal snapper of 20-megapixel. The smartphone houses a 3,320mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging and 10W wireless charging. It also features an in-screen fingerprint reader.
