Nokia Mobile has announced that the company will be holding an official launch event on October 6th next month. Although the company didn’t specifically reveal the products that will be launched during the event, but the teaser seems to hint that it could be launching a new tablet which is probably none other than the Nokia T20 tablet which we’d been hearing for quite some time.
However, apart from the Nokia T20 tablet, there’s also a high possibility that Nokia Mobile will also be launching the long-awaited Nokia G50 smartphone during the same event as well.
While we doesn’t have much information pertaining to the Nokia T20 tablet, we did actually know quite a fair bit about the Nokia G50 smartphone. Based on past reports, the upcoming Nokia G50 is expected to sport a largely identical design as the Nokia G20 including it’s waterdrop-notch display upfront as well as the familiar-looking circular camera island on the rear side.
However, unlike the Nokia G20 smartphone which comes with a quad-camera setup, the Nokia G50 settles with a total of three rear cameras lead by a 48 megapixels main camera alongside two other auxiliary cameras.
Under the hood, the Nokia G50 is expected to be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 480 chipset just like the recently announced Nokia XR20. On top of that, the phone is also tipped to feature up to 4GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage in the memory department.
