A new Nokia phone with model number TA-1139 has been approved by China’s TENAA telecom authority. The listing reveals that it is an upcoming feature phone from the company.
The Nokia TA-1139 images show that its appearance is quite similar to the Nokia 106 candy bar phone. It features a plastic body that has a thickness of 13.81mm. It measures 120.8 x 53.49mm and weighs 83.6 grams. It is fitted with a 2.4-inch screen that produces 240 x 300 pixels. The feature phone is fitted with a physical T9 keypad. The three color editions of the Nokia TA-1139 are gray, black and red.
There is a 1,020mAh battery inside the Nokia TA-1139. It is driven by 360 GHz single-core processor and 8 MB of RAM which suggests that the phone is not powerful enough to support for 4G connectivity. Hence. it may support only 2G connectivity. It features a 3-megapixel camera on the back panel along with LED flash.
The exact product name of the Nokia TA-1139 is still under the wraps. HMD Global will be present at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 tech expo on Feb. 24 to launch its new smartphones for this year. The Finnish firm is expected to announce the Nokia 9 PureView penta-lens camera enabled flagship phone, Nokia 8.1, Nokia 6.1 (2019) and Nokia 1 Plus smartphones at the MWC 2019. The company may also announce the Nokia TA-1139 phone at the same event.
