Nothing Phone (2) design revealed before July 11 launch

The design of the elusive Nothing Phone (2), which is set to launch on July 11, has finally been revealed, thanks to a new leak courtesy of renowned tipster Evan Blass. In a tweet, Blass shared the leaked press renders of the Phone (2) to showcase its appearance. Here is a look at what the new renders have revealed.

Nothing Phone (2) design

The Nothing Phone (2)’s press renders show that it will look quite similar to the Nothing Phone (1) from last year. While the predecessor model featured a corner punch-hole display, the Phone (2)’s screen will have a centred punch-hole.

Like the Phone (1), the Phone (2) is equipped with flat edges and a vertical dual-camera system on the back. A dual-LED flash unit has replaced the single LED flash unit on the back.

The Nothing Phone (2) graces a redesigned Glyph interface. To recall, the Phone (1)’s Glyph interface includes 5 LED strips and 12 lighting zones. On the upcoming Nothing phone, the company is offering 11 segmented LED strips with 33W lighting zones.

The renders also revealed that the Nothing Phone (2) will be available in white and grey options. The leak has no updated information on the specifications of the device.

Past reports have revealed that the Nothing Phone (2) will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz screen with a fingerprint sensor, a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chip, and a 4,700mAh battery. It will come with other features like an aluminium frame, 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB / 512 GB of storage, and Android 13 OS with Nothing OS 2.0 on top.
