After launching the Honor X6 smartphone last year, Honor is now back with a new 5G version of the smartphone in the global market. The new model shares a largely similar design and hardware as the 4G version except for the difference in their underlying processor.
Starting with the front side of the phone, the Honor X6 5G builds around a 6.5” TFT LCD display with HD+ screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, as well as an 8 megapixels front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
In terms of photography, the Honor X6 5G features a trio of rear-facing cameras that include a 50 megapixels main camera as well as a pair of 2 megapixels cameras for macro and depth information.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 480+ chipset which will be paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage in the memory department. Other than that, it also features a respectable 5,000mAh battery which tops at 22.5W charging speed via a USB-C port.
As far as software is concerned, the Honor X6 5G is shipped with Magic UI 6.1 based on Android 12 OS out of the box. Those who’re interested can pick the phone from two different colorways such as Titanium Silver and Ocean Blue.
Sad to say, the official pricing and availability of the Honor X6 5G has yet to be announced at the time of writing.
