Besides launching the Infinix Hot 20 smartphone, Infinix has also announced another slightly higher-end model dubbed as the Infinix Hot 20S that comes with a slightly different design and specs sheet from the vanilla model.
The new Infinix Hot 20S builds around a 6.78” IPS LCD display featuring a FHD+ screen resolution topped with an ultra-fast 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth entertainment experience. To help with selfies and video calls, the phone also has an 8 megapixels front-facing camera that sits within a centered punch-hole cutout.
Over on the rear side, the Infinix Hot 20S greets us with a triple-camera array lead by a 50 megapixels main camera unit which will be accompanied by a pair of 2 megapixels cameras for macro and depth information.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G96 chipset along with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage that’s further expandable via a microSD card. As usual, the device also supports a virtual RAM feature that virtually expands the amount of RAM to 13GB using the internal storage.
Keeping it’s lights on is a respectable 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 18W fast wired charging. Other than that, you can also find a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm headphone jack onboard the device.
