Official: iQOO Z6 Lite debuts as the first smartphone with Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset

iQOO has officially announced a new mid-range model known as the iQOO Z6 Lite which made it’s name as the first smartphone to feature the latest Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset.

The phone builds around a 6.58” IPS LCD display featuring a FHD+ screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, as well as an 8 megapixels front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. Like most other recent smartphones, the iQOO Z6 Lite also adopts a flat frame design that looks appealing to the eye.

Over on the rear side, it comes with a rectangular-shaped camera island that houses a dual-cam setup comprising of a 50 megapixels main camera and a 2 megapixels macro shooter for close-up photography.

Other than featuring the new Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset, the iQOO Z6 Lite is also backed by a remarkable 4-component cooling system which ensures smooth performance output during prolonged gaming session by keeping the phone’s temperature down.

To keep it’s lights on, the iQOO Z6 Lite also features a respectable 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support. Software-wise, it’ll be shipped with FuntouchOS 12 based on Android 12 OS out of the box. Those who’re interested can pick the phone from two different colorways such as Black Mystic Night and a Blue Stellar Green.

Pricing for the phone will start from just INR13,999 ($176) for the base model with 4GB+64GB configuration and goes up to INR15,999 ($201) for the top-of-the-line model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
