After launching OPPO A1 Pro and A1x smartphones earlier this year, OPPO is now back with the vanilla OPPO A1 in the Chinese market. The new model comes with a 6.72” LTPS LCD display with FHD+ screen resolution and a fast 120Hz refresh rate.
In the imaging department, the phone features a dual-cam setup on the rear side comprising of a 50 megapixels main camera and a 2 megapixels monochrome lens. This will be rounded out by an 8 megapixels front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
Under the hood, the OPPO A1 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 695 chipset which will be paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card. Keeping it’s lights on is a respectable 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast wired charging support.
Those who’re interested can pick the phone from three different colors such as Black, Blue and Orange. Pricing for the OPPO A1 is set at just 1,999 Yuan ($290) for the 12GB+256GB trim in the Chinese market.
