Following the launch of the Realme 10 5G smartphone last month, Realme is now back with a slightly modified version dubbed as the Realme 10s in the Chinese market which sports a slightly upgraded chipset at the expense of a toned-down camera system.
The new Realme 10s comes along with a 6.6” IPS LCD display featuring a FHD+ screen resolution, 90Hz refresh rate as well as an 8 megapixels front-facing camera to help with selfies and video calls.
Over on the rear side, it sports a dual-ring camera design to accommodate a pair of rear-facing cameras comprising of a 50 megapixels main camera as well as a 0.3 megapixels depth sensing unit to help with portrait shots.
Under the hood, the Realme 10s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset which will be paired with 8GB RAM as well as an option between 128GB or 256GB onboard storage which supports further expansion via a microSD card.
Keeping it’s lights on is a respectable 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 33W fast wired charging. Other than that, the phone also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired earphones.
Those who’re interested can pick the phone from two different colorways such as Black and Blue. Pricing for the phone will start from just 1,099 Yuan ($155) for the 8GB+128GB base model and goes up to 1,299 Yuan ($185) for the top-of-the-line model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
