Official: Redmi Note 11R Launched in China

Recently, an upcoming Redmi phone with the Redmi Note 11R was spotted in the product library of China Telecom. Today, the company released an official confirmation that the Note 11R will be available for purchase starting tomorrow (Sept. 30) in China.

The Redmi Note 11R’s launch date poster released by the brand gives a good look at its rear design. The poster confirms that the device will be arriving in three colors, such as black, grey, and blue. All three color variants have a black-colored block at the top, which houses a dual-camera setup and the Redmi branding.

Redmi confirms that the Redmi Note 11R will feature a 90Hz display. It will offer a long battery life as it will arrive with a 5,000mAh battery onboard. The Note 11R is a rebranded version of the POCO M4 5G. To recall, the POCO M4 5G is a tweaked version of the Redmi Note 11E, which is exclusively available in China.

The China Telecom listing of the Redmi Note 11R revealed that it features a 6.58-inch IPS LCD panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution. It is equipped with a side-facing fingerprint scanner.

The Dimensity 700 powers the Redmi Note 11R. The handset is likely to be made available in configurations, such as 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. The 5,000mAh battery of the device may support 18W fast charging.

On the front, the Redmi Note 11R features a 5-megapixel selfie camera. Its back panel is fitted with a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera setup. The device runs on the Android 12 OS, which will most likely be overlaid with the MIUI 13.
