Samsung has officially unveiled a new entry-level smartphone from it’s affordable F series lineup known as the Galaxy F13. The phone has many things in common with the Galaxy M13 smartphone, except for the battery department whereby the new Galaxy F13 features a larger 6,000mAh battery.
Starting with the front side of the phone, the new Galaxy F13 builds around a 6.6” IPS LCD display offering a FHD+ screen resolution along with 60Hz refresh rate. On top of that, there’s also an 8 megapixels front-facing camera that handles selfies and video calls on the device.
Moving over to the back, the Galaxy F13 comes along with a triple-camera array lead by a 50 megapixels main camera which will be accompanied by a 5 megapixels ultra-wide camera as well as a 2 megapixels depth unit for close-up photography.
Under the hood, the Galaxy F13 is powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 850 chipset which will be paired with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB built-in storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card whenever a need arise. The phone will be shipped with One UI 4.1 (based on Android 12 OS) alongside a respectable 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging speed.
For those who’re interested, the device is available in a trio of colors such as Waterfall Blue, Nightsky Green, and Sunrise Copper. Pricing for the phone kicks off from INR 11,999 ($155) for it’s 4GB+64GB trim and goes up to INR 12,999 ($167) for the maxed out model with 4GB+128GB configuration.
