After launching the Pad 2 tablet back in April this year, Vivo is now back with a more affordable slate dubbed as the Vivo Pad Air in the Chinese market which comes with an affordable starting price of just 1,799 Yuan ($344).
The new Vivo Pad Air builds around an 11.5” LCD display which offers plenty of screen estate for work and play. The screen itself features an impressive 2800 x 1840 pixels resolution along with an ultra-fast 144Hz refresh rate.
Over on the imaging front, the Pad Air is equipped with an 8 megapixels rear-facing camera that allows you to easily snap documents and share them with your colleagues. This will be rounded out by a 5 megapixels front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
Under the hood, the Pad Air is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset which will be paired up with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB onboard storage in the memory department.
To keep it’s lights on, the Pad Air is also backed by a respectable 8,500mAh battery with 44W fast-charging support. Software-wise, it’ll be shipped with OriginOS 3.0 based on Android 13 out of the box.
For those who’re interested, the Vivo Pad Air is available in three different colorways such as Blue, Pink and Silver. It’ll be priced starting from just 1,799 Yuan ($344) for the 8GB+128GB trim and goes up to 2,599 Yuan ($483) for the top-of-the-line model with 12GB+512GB configuration.
