Chinese smartphone giant Vivo has announced a new mid-range model dubbed as the Vivo T2 5G in the Indian market where the phone carries an affordable starting price of just INR18,999 ($232).
Right off the bat, the new Vivo T2 5G smartphone features a 6.38” AMOLED display with FHD+ screen resolution, 90Hz refresh rate as well as a 16 megapixels front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
Over at the back, the Vivo T2 5G comes with a dual-ring camera design which houses a pair of cameras lead by a 64 megapixels main camera and a 2 megapixels depth sensing unit for portraits.
At the helm, the phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 695 chipset which will be paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
To keep it’s lights on, the Vivo T2 5G is also equipped with a respectable 4,500mAh battery which supports 44W fast wired charging. Software-wise, it’ll be shipped with a custom FuntouchOS 13 based on Android 13 OS out of the box.
Those who’re interested can pick the phone from two different colorways such as Nitro Blaze and Velocity Wave. Pricing for the Vivo T2 5G kicks off from INR18,999 ($232) for the 6GB+128GB model and goes up to INR20,999 ($255) for the higher-end model with 8GB+128GB configuration.
