Vivo has officially announced a new entry-level smartphone dubbed as the Vivo Y01A which comes with an affordable launch price of just 3,999 Baht ($112) in the Thai market.
The new Vivo Y01A packs a 6.51” IPS LCD display featuring a HD+ screen resolution along with 60Hz refresh rate. For selfies and video calls, the phone also has a 5 megapixels front-facing camera that sits within a waterdrop-notch. Over on the flipside, there’ll also be an 8 megapixels rear-facing camera for all your photography needs.
Under the hood, the Vivo Y01A is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset which will be paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage that supports further expansion via a microSD card.
To keep it’s lights on, the phone is backed by a respectable 5,000mAh battery with 10W wired charging support. Other than that, the phone also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired earphone.
For those who’re interested, the Vivo Y01A is offered in two different colorways such as , Sapphire Blue and Elegant Black. The same device is also expected to launch in other South-East Asian markets in the coming weeks.
