Based on recent reports, it can be said that OnePlus is planning to launch two Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 powered flagships. Both have similar specs but have slightly different rear design and camera configurations. My Smart Price has teamed up with tipster Yogesh Brar to share the renders of the upcoming flagship phone from the OnePlus 10 series.
The leak does not mention the name of the device. However, since it looks similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G, it appears that the device will be arriving on the market with the OnePlus 10 moniker. To begin with, the purported OnePlus 10 has a flat display on the front with a centrally aligned punch-hole. The device does not feature an alert slider. Its right side has a volume controller, and its left side is flanked by a power button. For security, it has an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
The rear-facing camera unit fuses with the frame of the device. It comprises three cameras along with an LED flash. There is no Hasselblad branding on the device, which indicates that it won’t get camera optimisations from the Swedish camera brand.
Alleged OnePlus 10 specifications
The report has also revealed the specifications of the alleged OnePlus 10. It has a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display that produces a 360Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit colors, and supports HDR10+. It has a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit.
The device will house a 4,800mAh battery and will have support for 150W rapid charging. It will arrive in two variants: 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. It will also offer other features such as Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC. It will be sold in black and white. Lastly, the report states that the company will be finalizing the design of the device by the end of June. Next month, it will carry out the production of the smartphone.
