OnePlus 15’s display refresh rate tipped
As per a new leak by tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 15’s display is being tested to support a 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. He added that the device will be equipped with a new performance engine that will allow it to support native 165fps games.
DCS revealed that the OnePlus 15 will arrive in a Moon Rock Black shade, which appears to be a rich black tone. He further said that the new generation of sandstone magnetic protective case design will have a refined look. This also hints that the device will continue to support magnetic wireless charging like its predecessor.
Speaking of charging, reports have revealed that the OnePlus 15 will support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. It is said to draw power from a 7,000mAh+ battery. The device is expected to run on ColorOS 16-based Android 16.
The OnePlus 15’s rear camera setup is expected to include an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide snapper, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS support. The device is expected to launch alongside the OnePlus Ace 6 in October in China. While the Ace 6 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the OP15 will have the next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 onboard.
