The OnePlus 15 and 15R have been available in the global market for quite a while, and the brand is said to be working on a third 15-series model called the OnePlus 15T. Based on the previous generation, it is speculated that it could be branded as the OnePlus 15s in the global market. The rumour mill has been consistently leaking details about this phone. In a new Weibo post, tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed the key specifications as well as the launch month of the 15T.

According to the tipster, the engineering prototype of the OnePlus 15T features a 6.3-inch OLED LTPS screen offering a 1.5K resolution and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The device will feature a metal middle frame, making it feel more solid and premium in hand.
The OnePlus 15T will have a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 telephoto camera on the back. The tipster did not specify the total number of rear-facing cameras on the device, but recent reports have claimed that it will be a dual-camera setup, and there will not be an ultra-wide camera, unlike its predecessor.
The OnePlus 15T is aiming to have the largest battery in its class. It is speculated that the device may pack a 7,500mAh battery. Regarding the launch timeline, the tipster has claimed that it will debut in April this year in China.
There have also been reports suggesting that the OnePlus 15T could face competition from the iQOO 15 Mini. However, the latest comment from DCS maintains his earlier claim that the development of the iQOO device has been paused, which means it may not see the light of day.
