Although we are still five days away from the OnePlus 8T global launch event, but the device had apparently been listed on Chinese ecommerce giant JD.com along with its official press renders in Aquamarine Green.
Unlike the OnePlus 8 Pro that comes with a matte finish at the back, the upcoming OnePlus 8T will be arriving with a new glossy finish as the company seek to bring something new to its users.
According to OnePlus, the new glossy back panel of the Aquamarine Green variant is developed by taking “advantage of diffuse reflection, a form of light refraction that scatters light in an expansive array of angles and directions, to produce a clean, gleaming surface that effectively mitigates the buildup of fingerprints”.
On top of that, the OnePlus 8T also has a redesigned rear camera module which is now rectangular in shape, instead of the same pill-shaped design we saw from the past few iterations.
In terms of specs, the OnePlus 8T is expected to feature a 6.55-inches FHD+ AMOLED display that comes with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and a 32 megapixels selfie camera.
Its four cameras at the back are expected to be a 48 megapixels primary shooter, 16 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 5 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels portrait lens.
Under the hood, it will be powered by a flagship Snapdragon 865 chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. To keep its lights on, the device draws power from a 4,500mAh battery with65W Warp charging support.
