The OnePlus Ace 2V is all set to launch on March 7 in China. As expected, the company is now confirming the key features of the phone before its launch. Today, it revealed the chipset and heat dissipation capabilities of the Ace 2V.
As can be seen in the poster below, the OnePlus Ace 2V will come equipped with the Dimensity 9000 chipset, which is one of the most powerful MediaTek chipsets available. The company also confirmed that the device is equipped with a vapor chamber heat dissipation unit with a 4129mm² surface area.
As per reports, the OnePlus Ace 2 will have a 6.74-inch OLED screen that produces a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Dimensity 9000-powered device may ship with 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It may house a 5,000mAh battery with 80W charging.
For selfies, it will have a 16-megapixel camera on the front. The rear camera setup of the phone may feature a 64-megapixel main camera with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The phone will run on Android 13 OS and ColorOS 13. It will offer other features like an under-display fingerprint and an alert slider.
There is no word on the price of the OnePlus Ace 2V. It is likely that the device will be positioned lower than the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1-powered OnePlus Ace 2, which starts at 2,799 Yuan ($404). There is possibility that the base model of the 2V could be priced at 2,499 Yuan ($360). It is likely to be rebranded as the OnePlus Nord 3 in the global market.
